How do I book with Lilies and Sage?
Booking is simple! Start by filling out our interest form with your even details and inspiration. Once we receive your request, we will reach out to schedule a consultation to discuss your vision and create a custom proposal. A signed agreement and deposit are required to secure your date.
Do I have the option to purchase my florals?
Currently the only item that we have for purchase is our bridal bouquets. Price for purchase depends on the size of the bouquet and will be quoted at the time of your custom proposal.
What areas do you serve?
We’re proudly based in Beaver, PA and serve wedding and events throughout the Pittsburgh and surrounding areas. For events outside this area, travel arrangements can be discussed during your consultation.
Do you handle setup and delivery?
Absolutely! Our team takes care of everything - from delivery and setup to teardown after your event - so that you can focus on enjoying your day. We’ll coordinate all timing and logistics with you, your planner and/or your venue for a seamless experience.
Can you create custom designs?
Some of our items are customizable however the following items can not be customized:
- The Ann Marie Collection
- The Adleigh Collection
- The Willa Arch
Custom rentals require a retainer of 1/3 of overall cost and 100% payment of any add-ons. Customized items have a final payment with changes, substitutions and final counts, due 2 months prior to the event.
What is your deposit and cancellation policy?
Rental services require a signed Contract and a non- refundable retainer of 1/3 of the overall cost. Custom rentals require a retainer of 1/3 of overall cost and 100% payment of any add-ons.
Final changes, substitutions and final counts are due 2 month prior to the event, with final payment being due 1 month prior to event. However, customized items have a final payment with changes, substitutions and final counts, due 3 months prior to the event.
Regarding cancellations, all payments made are non-refundable. You would not be obligated to pay the balance of your invoice unless you placed a custom order which was designed specifically for your event. In such cases, you would be contractually bound to pay the balance due on the account.
How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 6-12 months before your event to ensure availability - especially for peak wedding seasons. However, we’ll always do our best to accommodate last-minute requests!
